Camp Olympia offers a summer day camp program for kids ages 5 to 12 and a Junior Counselor In Training (JCIT) program for teenagers ages 13 to 15.

Our camp fees include: full programming, well-trained and caring staff, a Camp Olympia t-shirt, team/group photo for each 3-week session attended, daily sunscreen, fruit juice and water during snack time and lunch, our Friday Night Lights overnight cookout and campout, and two awesome field trips.

Available Discounts

  • Launch Discount (15% off tuition) – A one-time discount available to the first 300 campers enrolling in camp.

  • Sibling Discount (5% off each additional sibling) – Applies only to tuition and extended care options for documented siblings of a registered camper.
  • Refer a Friend ($25 per enrolled referral up to $100) – Receive $25 toward your total costs per successful referral (does not apply to families who have contacted camp prior to referral). Refer a friend credits cannot exceed $100 for any one family.

Cancellation Policy

  • You are welcome to change sessions as needed at no cost, provided there is space available in your desired session, and the session length is greater or equal to the currently enrolled session. If you switch to a session that is shorter in length, the below policy applies.
  • All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing.
  • All cancellations made prior to March 1st: Tuition returned less a $50 cancellation fee.
  • All cancellations made between March 1st & May 1st: Tuition returned less a $250 non-refundable deposit.
  • Any cancellations made after May 1st: No refund.
  • We highly recommend purchasing Camp Tuition Insurance to cover your expense in the event you should need to cancel. If Camp Tuition Insurance is not purchased during registration, it is available after you register (but before final payment) through Travmark.
  • Campers sent home for disciplinary reason or because of homesickness: No refund.
  • Campers sent home due to illness or injury: No refund.
